Why this car
The ACR Extreme is a very sought-after Viper. When I went looking for one, Dodge was no longer taking orders, and production ended in 2017. I wanted one equipped a specific way, and the only brand new one left that had everything on my list was this 2016 at Boardwalk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Redwood City, California. Venom Black, black leather and Alcantara interior, six-speed manual, the Extreme Aero Package and the carbon fiber X-brace. I bought it new.
It was bought as a collector car and it has been kept as one. It lives on a lift in a climate-controlled garage, shows 1,302 miles on the odometer, and has never been on a track. The factory track parts, including the front splitter and rear diffuser pieces, have never been installed. They are still in their original packaging and they go with the car.
